Debra B. Goldman, LCPC is an Illinois licensed clinical professional counselor and board certified dance/movement therapist. She brings her experience to Comprehensive SLP providing counseling within individual and small group therapies who have a wide range of diagnoses, including developmental delays, social- emotional disabilities, social communication skill deficits and autism spectrum disorder.
Debra received her undergraduate degree from University of Iowa and her graduate degree from University of San Francisco. She has lectured extensively about dance movement therapy, creative art therapies and nonverbal communication. She was a faculty member in the graduate dance/movement therapy program of Columbia College in Chicago. In summer 2023, she joined the staff of Camp One in a Hundred as a clinical specialist helping to facilitate social/emotional competencies.
In her free time Debra directs/choreographs musicals and plays for theater companies in the Chicago area.
